About
Local floors. A crew you can reach.
Elite Flooring & Remodel is Daniel Sav’s flooring and remodel company, serving Oak Lawn and Chicago’s southwest side.
Daniel Sav, owner.
Homeowners call when they want the floor done properly — and, when the room needs it, the work around the floor too. Kitchens, baths, and the rest of the house stay in one conversation.
Daniel Sav is the owner. You get a straight price and a schedule before the work starts, then a site that is protected and left clean.
The standard is simple: the floor sits flat, the lines look intentional, and you know who to call from the first visit to the walkthrough.

How a project goes
A timeline that fits
The schedule respects how you live in the house, not just how fast a crew can move.
Install, then walk it
We finish the details and walk the floor with you before we call it done.
Still local after
Questions later come back to the same company. That is the point of hiring nearby.
